Zero Drinks notification on iPhone

๐Ÿšซ Zero Drinks

Calculates your rolling average over a configurable time window (10 days by default). Automatically fills in zero-drink days, which Apple Health normally ignores, giving you accurate averages. Shows a positive message when you had zero drinks yesterday, or asks "How do you feel?" when you did drink. Requires a daily automation.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Required: Set up a daily automation to run 1 hour after sunrise with confirmation enabled.

Your Data Stays On Your Device

These shortcuts interact only with Apple Health on your deviceโ€”no data is transmitted to external servers, no accounts required, no tracking. Apple Health lacks built-in support for quick drink logging and accurate averages--it ignores days without data, which skews the numbers. These shortcuts fill that gap while keeping your health information completely private.
